Carol Monahan has worked in many different industries over the decades, but mostly in tabletop game publishing. She began her career in 1993 at Wizards of the Coast as their first Director of Sales, and more recently was the VP & Co-owner of Cheapass Games, and then Director of Operations for Arcadia Games, a small videogame startup. She now assists her husband with his game design studio, Crab Fragment Labs.
She models, writes, sings, and posts about politics too much on Bluesky (it’s like Twitter, but without Elon!), and provides advice and consultation to game businesses big & small.
